Delivery and Return Policy
Our products have 30-day free trial versions. This period offers our users the chance to evaluate the product and make a decision without making any payment. If the purchase is made during or at the end of this period, the licensing process takes place. For this reason, it is not possible to return the product after licensing after purchase. Because once the license is defined for a specific user and username, it is not possible to undo this operation. Therefore, the 30-day trial period is important.
Product Delivery
Product delivery is made via e-mail. Product delivery consists of two stages: delivering the software and license information to the buyer. The software is delivered to the buyer with the installation file download link sent via e-mail. License information is delivered to the buyer via written information and Software License Certificate sent to the buyer via e-mail after the purchase. License information will be sent to the buyer via e-mail within 1-2 business days after purchase / payment.
