This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of SmartCAD software made through smartcadsoft.com, operated by CADMD Software LLC.

1. Digital Product — No Refunds

SmartCAD is a digital software product. Once your purchase is complete and the license key has been delivered to your email, the sale is final and non-refundable.

This policy is in accordance with digital goods regulations. Because the product is delivered electronically and can be used immediately upon receipt, we cannot accept returns.

2. Try Before You Buy

We strongly encourage all customers to use our free 30-day trial before making a purchase. The trial version includes full functionality with no limitations, allowing you to thoroughly evaluate the software.

3. Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties with installation, activation, or running SmartCAD after purchase, our support team is here to help. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve your issue.

4. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, please contact us within 48 hours of the duplicate purchase at [email protected]. We will review your case and issue a refund for the duplicate transaction.

5. Failed Transactions

If you were charged but did not receive your license key, please check your spam/junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact us at [email protected] and we will resend your license information or investigate the transaction.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card company, your SmartCAD license will be immediately deactivated. We encourage you to contact us directly at [email protected] to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.

7. EU Consumer Rights

Under EU consumer protection law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that has been delivered with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is lost. By completing your purchase on our website, you consent to immediate delivery of the digital product and acknowledge the waiver of the right of withdrawal.
