These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of SmartCAD software products (“Software”) provided by CADMD Software LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products and Licensing
SmartCAD is a professional 2D/3D CAD software available in the following editions:
SmartCAD Standard — 2D CAD software with full DWG compatibility. One-time payment of $395 USD per license.
SmartCAD Professional — 2D and 3D CAD software with full DWG compatibility. One-time payment of $495 USD per license.
All licenses are perpetual (one-time purchase, no recurring subscription). Each license entitles the purchaser to install and use the Software on one (1) computer. Licenses are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Free Trial
We offer a free 30-day trial of SmartCAD with full functionality. The trial requires no credit card. After the trial period expires, you must purchase a license to continue using the Software.
4. Ordering and Payment
All orders are processed through our website at smartcadsoft.com. Payment is accepted via credit card and debit card through Stripe, our payment processor. All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Applicable taxes may be added at checkout based on your location.
Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email with your license key and download instructions.
5. Delivery
SmartCAD is a digital product. Upon purchase, you will receive access to download the Software and a license activation key via email. No physical goods are shipped.
6. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the Software, we do not offer refunds once the license key has been delivered. We strongly recommend using our free 30-day trial to evaluate the Software before purchasing.

7. License Restrictions
You may NOT:
— Redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, or lease the Software to third parties
— Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
— Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Software
— Use the Software for any unlawful purpose
— Share your license key with unauthorized users
8. Intellectual Property
The Software, including all code, graphics, user interface, and documentation, is the intellectual property of CADMD Software LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your license grants you the right to use the Software; it does not transfer ownership of the Software to you.
9. B2B Purchases
For business-to-business (B2B) purchases, the purchasing entity is responsible for ensuring compliance with these Terms across all authorized users. Volume licensing and enterprise agreements may be arranged by contacting [email protected].
Business customers may provide their company name and tax identification number (VAT/Tax ID) during checkout for invoicing purposes.
10. Software Updates
Your perpetual license includes access to minor updates and bug fixes for the purchased version. Major version upgrades (e.g., SmartCAD 2.x to 3.x) may require an additional upgrade fee, which will be offered at a discounted rate to existing customers.
11. Technical Support
We provide email-based technical support for installation, activation, and general usage inquiries at [email protected]. Support is provided in English, Turkish, and German. We aim to respond within 24 business hours.
12. Warranty Disclaimer
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. CADMD SOFTWARE LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CADMD SOFTWARE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
15. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Software after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
